Some ways we’ve shared resources with nursing home staff:

Students develop and give an in-service for nursing assistants on a topic of interest related to nursing care of older adults
Faculty and students share recently published articles on topics related to nursing care of older adults
Care plans, formatted in the voice of the resident, developed by students, are shared with nursing staff.
